GADEST Proceedings

The proceedings of the first two GADEST conferences were published by the Institute for Physics of Semiconductors of the Academy of Sciences of the former German Democratic Republic. They are freely available via the website of the GADEST 2019. Thereafter, the proceedings were published by Trans Tech Publications as speciall issues of Solid State Phenomena.
