Please note that every participant has to accomplish
- A conference registration as well as
- A room booking for accommodation
The registration for participation is performed online. By using the link given below you reach the registration form.
IHP will send an invoice to the participant for remuneration upon confirming the participation. The participation is confirmed and the contract is concluded after delivery of the invoice.
The conference fee covers conference soft drinks, usual meals for lunch and dinner, abstract book, conference proceedings (electronic access) and the social event.
Conference Fee:
- Early bird until May 14, 2019: 775 EUR
- Regular registration after May 14, 2019: 875 EUR
The conference fee does not include the participant’s travel costs, accommodation or expenses.
Accompanying persons
In the case you plan to come with an accompanying person you should consider following:
- Please register the accompanying person also in your conference registration
- The participation at the social event will be invoiced by IHP with 100 Euro
- If the accompanying person would attend also the regular meals (dinners or lunches and dinners) please mark the chosen variant. It will be billed as mentioned in the registration form.

Regarding hotel registration
A room contingent in the conference hotel “Seehotel Zeuthen” was blocked for GADEST 2019 until July 01, 2019. Our hotel online booking page is closed. There are only a few rooms available for GADEST participants till August, 15!! For booking of rooms from our contingent using conditions below, please send an Email with subject “Room reservation request GADEST 2019 – IHP2209” and indicate your planned arrival / departure times. Note, that there is no guarantee for room reservation anymore, the hotel is in general nearly booked out.
The rate including breakfast for
- a single room is 87 EUR per night
- a double room is 137 EUR per night (if you’d like sharing a room with a colleague to reduce travel costs or with an accompanying person, please type in the comment field under service request (point 3 of the hotel registration form) “double room needed” and the name of this colleague/accompanying person).
